Personal Data Processing Policy (for the Enquirer)
1. The Enquirer declares that they are aware of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “GDPR”) on the processing of data relating to natural persons (“Personal Data”) which does not apply to data concerning legal persons (companies), entities and associations nor information ("Information") referring to such entities. 
2. The Enquirer’s Personal Data, where operating as a sole trader, small business owner or professional, as well as their representatives, members, employees and collaborators, are collected and processed by Fiera Milano S.p.A. (hereinafter, the “Data Controller” or “our Company”) under the terms set out in the following paragraphs. 
3. The processing of the aforementioned Personal Data is necessary to produce the requested quote and to establish any future relationship, as well as to handle related administrative and accounting duties. It is necessary to provide data for these purposes and without such data the requested quote cannot be provided.
4. For these purposes, Personal Data acquired in this way will also be processed by electronic instruments, using mainly computerised procedures, and may be kept afterwards for administrative, accounting and tax purposes for the period of time set out in the relevant regulations (typically ten years).
5. Furthermore, for the aforementioned purposes, data may also be disclosed to employees and collaborators authorised by our Company to process data in order to carry out aforementioned administrative and technical tasks relevant to providing the service and communicated to other companies in the Fiera Milano Group (see the updated list available on our website www.fieramilano.it) and to trusted companies that provide us with services so we can fulfil the request.
6. The GDPR provisions (articles 15-22) guarantee the Enquirer has the right to access their data at any time and get a copy of it, to correct or complete data if incorrect or incomplete, to delete their data or limit processing where conditions are met, to object to data processing for reasons related to their specific circumstances or for direct marketing purposes, to request the transfer of data given, if processed automatically to carry out the contract or based on the Enquirer's consent, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor of a Supervisory Authority to protect their personal data and rights, where they believe these have been infringed.
